I made two of these giant cupcakes, both using the giant cupcake pan available at Williams-Sonoma. The cake is chocolate, and the bottom half is covered with italian buttercream and glazed in chocolate. The top half is italian buttercream. The one of the left was for my friend Shani at Williams-Sonoma who is moving to Naples, and the one on the right was for my sister's birthday.

Amy in kitchen
This is a picture of my sister in her kitchen on the day of the Grandview Heights HIstoric Home Tour. I made 250 miniature cupcakes in three flavors/colors that complimented her decor: lemon, creamsicle (orange vanilla) and chocolate mint.
