I made 12 dozen cupcakes for my sister to give to her friends and co-workers and packaged them in boxes of four each, with one of each flavor:
Red Velvet with vanilla buttercream colored green with Christmas light sprinkles
Coconut with coconut buttercream with shredded coconut and snowflake sprinkles
Gingerbread with lemon cream cheese with mini-gingerbread men sprinkles
Chocolate mint with white chocolate ganache with mini-candy cane sprinkles and a small candy cane standing upright in the center

Football cupcakes
My sister and I made these for an incentive that she is running at work, "The Pasta Bowl" (she works at an Italian Restaurant, and they are running a football theme incentive between now and the Superbowl).

Turkey cake
My sister sent me this picture a while back when I was making my own turkey cake for Thanksgiving. This is a cake shaped like a turkey at Green Wise (Publix's answer to Whole Foods). It is difficult to see, but underneath the legs on the right hand side, the "stuffing" is actually trail mix!
Walmart cake
Okay so this is how I imagine this conversation went:
Walmart Employee: 'Hello 'dis Walmarts, how can I help you?'
Customer: ' I would like to order a cake for a going away party this week.'
Walmart Employee: 'What you want on the cake?'
Customer: 'Best Wishes Suzanne' and underneath that 'We will miss you'.

Christmas cake
At my last cake decorating class, we learned how to make roses. This is a milk chocolate cake.
